The kids have made a trail up the hill behind our house up to what they call "the rock". Other children call this our "mountain." Here's some pictures of the kids going up the hill, and a couple on top. The one of Laura was taken the first time she climbed up there, and was proudly saying " Ta-Da!"
Here's our favorite Halloween pictures from this year. We made all our costumes from things we already had. I'm most proud of Joshua's spider costume that was made using some of Kirsten and Ben's old clothes. If you can't tell what Laura was that's because we don't know either. We just put on all the things she wanted, and she was some sort of fairy, princess, angel, butterfly thing, but she thought she was beautiful!
Here's Joshua and Laura at their first parade. Kirsten was riding in the parade (unfortunately we were on the wrong side of the road and couldn't get a good picture of her.) As you can see, Joshua didn't care for the noise, but Laura had a great time.
This is what Joshua looked like after tripping over his own feet at church and landing his face on the corner of a piano bench! We had to take him to the hospital and have his face glued back together. That's gonna leave a mark!
We are a family of 5 living in the southeast. We are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. We're hoping to share a little of our lives with friends and family far away through this blog.
